1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Military AI Agent Marketplace ("Platform"), operated by Military AI Agents ("Company", "we"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Non-Affiliation

This Platform is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Department of Defense, any military branch, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any government agency. References to military doctrine, regulations, and publications are for informational purposes only.

3. Prohibited Data

You must NOT enter, upload, or process any of the following through the Platform:

  • Classified information of any level
  • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
  • Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA
  • Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (SPII)
  • Operational or mission-related data
  • Information subject to ITAR or EAR export controls

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this restriction.

4. No Professional Advice

Agent outputs are AI-generated informational templates. They do NOT constitute legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, benefits adjudication, or official government guidance. Always verify outputs against current doctrine and consult qualified professionals.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

While agents reference current doctrine and regulations, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated references, or hallucinated citations. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy before use.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no paid agent invocations have been made.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Generate fraudulent benefits claims or documentation
  • Impersonate military personnel or government officials
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute agent outputs at scale
  • Use outputs to make automated decisions affecting individuals without human review

8. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON AGENT OUTPUTS.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
